BigFix Introduction Training (TRN-BF-CON-001)
Description
This course of education focuses on how to operate the BigFix Console. Instructor-led presentations introduce BigFix features, architecture, and terminology. Students learn BigFix Console layout, how to navigate, and then practice real-world scenarios.
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for BES Consult Operators, who are responsible for the managing the BES console of BigFix Enterprise Suite.
Certification
Upon completion students will receive a certificate of completion.
BigFix Advanced Administrator Training (TRN-BF-ADM-002)
Description
This course has combined Enterprise Suite Basic Training and BigFix Administration courses. It is directed at administrators with little or no prior exposure to BES. Through a combination of instructor-led lectures and hands-on exercises, students will gain exposure to tools, skills, and techniques that will help them to effectively perform these day to day tasks using the BES Console.
The advanced portion of the course is designed to help the BES Site Administrators efficiently and effectively formulate and implement administrative strategies that are consistent with BES Best Practices and that will maximize the customer's investment in BigFix products and services.

This course is designed for BES Administrators, who are responsible for the management of BigFix Enterprise Suite.

BigFix Advanced Content Developer Training (TRN-BF-DEV-003)
Description
This course of education focuses on how to develop custom content. Instructor-led presentations and hands-on exercises focus on how to create Fixlets. Students work with Relevance Language and Action Script to perform custom configuration management of BigFix Agents (client computers).
Who Should Attend
This course is designed for BES Administrators, who are responsible for the develop content within BigFix Enterprise Suite.
